Evening Reflections
The Smallest Wings, The Biggest Reminder…
Tonight at Palisades Park, the sky slowly melted into gold behind the mountains, like the day was taking its time saying goodbye. The ocean stretched out quietly, holding the light just a little longer, and the palm trees stood tall, swaying gently in the evening breeze.
Everything felt soft… calm… complete.
And then, out of nowhere, a tiny hummingbird appeared.
He hovered so delicately, so effortlessly, like a living heartbeat in the air. In a sky full of color and a view that could take your breath away, somehow that little bird stole the entire show.
It reminded me of something so simple, yet so powerful:
“May you find a little reason every day to love this precious life a little more.”
Not the big, loud moments.
Not the ones everyone else sees.
But the quiet, fleeting ones… the ones that almost pass you by if you’re not paying attention.
A hummingbird.
A breeze.
A sunset that feels like it was painted just for you.
Grateful for tonight. Grateful for the reminder that sometimes the smallest things carry the most meaning.
Capturing beauty, sharing light.
