Morning Reflections

The Last Day of September…

The last day of September. It’s wild how fast time moves. And lately, I’ve been focusing on being in the moment—trying to slow it down by simply being here. There’s so much going on in the world, so many things pulling us in every direction. But when I stay solid in the moment, everything feels okay. This morning was like a pigeon party. Their excitement was almost overwhelming, birds coming from every direction, wings flapping, joy spilling into the air. People looked at me like, do they know you? And yes, they do. It makes me feel good because they don’t do that for everybody. I know I’ve earned their trust, their joy, their welcome. I always leave feeling full—like I made a difference, even in a small way. Wishing you the best last day of September. May you find your moment and stay in it.

Morning Gratitude Thought:

Grateful for the last day of September, for pigeon parties and joyful chaos. Grateful for the power of presence, and the feeling of being known by those who matter.
