Morning Reflections
Sky-Stopping Moments…
This morning’s sky was absolutely spectacular—the kind that makes you stop mid-step and just breathe it in. The colors, the light, the quiet majesty of it all… nature never fails to astonish me. What moves me most is that we get to experience this beauty every single day. No two skies are ever the same, just like no two people. Each one holds its own kind of magic. Pegleg greeted me like clockwork, ready for breakfast with his usual charm. Honey Girl was a little hesitant—still unsure about the color I wore yesterday. She’s got opinions, and I love that about her. But sure enough, she came to me. Trust wins. These moments—being greeted, being known, being part of something gentle and true—are everything. I’m grateful for the sky, for the birds, and for the quiet joy of being part of their world.
Morning Gratitude Thought:
Grateful for a sky that stopped me in my tracks, for Pegleg’s loyalty, and for Honey Girl’s sweet return. Grateful for the gift of being seen—by nature, by birds, by the morning itself.
