Morning Reflections
Circles in the Morning Light...
The sunrise this morning was spectacular. A bright orange and red globe rising over the water—it made you stop and stare. I love these moments. I love watching the pelicans as they scan the surface, taking turns like a well-rehearsed team. They move with such grace and coordination. I just wish humans could learn from them. The pigeons were as excited as ever, fluttering and cooing. But there was a hawk perched up on the pole, and it spooked them. They flew around a lot today—circling, scattering, then regrouping. It was really beautiful to see. I’m always in awe of them when they do that. I love all of my happy little moments. I am grateful.
