Evening Reflections
Nothing Shines Brighter…
Tonight’s sunset felt like one of those gentle reminders to slow down and simply look around.
The clouds were absolutely stunning, stretching across the sky in beautiful wisps as the last light painted everything in soft shades of gold and pink. I looked up and caught a plane making its way across the sky, headed somewhere. It made me wonder where everyone on board was going and what stories were traveling along with them.
And then there was the moon. So beautiful against the evening sky, quietly glowing as daylight slipped away.
Tonight’s little message felt especially fitting:
“Nothing shines brighter than a good heart.”
There are so many beautiful things in this world. Sunsets, clouds, moonlight, distant mountains and skies that seem to go on forever. But kindness, compassion and a genuinely good heart have a light all their own.
Another beautiful sunset. Another reminder to look up. Another moment I’m grateful I didn’t miss.
Grateful. Always.
