Evening Reflections

A Sky That Stays with You…

Tonight felt like one of those quiet reminders that life doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful.

The sun slowly melted into the horizon, painting everything in warm amber and fire. I stood on a dirt road that seemed to stretch forever, the kind that makes you feel small in the best way. A horse walked toward me with such calm presence, like we had an unspoken understanding in that moment. No rush. Just being.

In the distance, cows stood scattered across the land, perfectly content in their stillness. The sky shifted from gold to soft blue as the moon began to rise, steady and watchful over it all. And then, a jet traced a straight line upward—like a quiet reminder that even as we’re grounded, something in us is always reaching higher.

And right there, in the middle of all that openness, this message landed deeper than ever:

“No matter what you are going through, you are not alone.”

Sometimes we just need a moment like this—a sky, a breath, a reminder—to feel it again.

Grateful for the stillness. Grateful for the message. Grateful I showed up.

Capturing beauty, sharing light.
