Morning Reflections
Low Tide Luxuries…
This morning felt like a deep exhale. Low tide stretched the beach wide open, creating those beautiful reflective sands that make every silhouette feel like a moving painting. The surfers were already out catching perfect little waves while the morning sun shimmered across the water like liquid gold.
A few pigeons came out to visit this morning too. I don’t think word has spread yet that I’m finally back home, but seeing even a few familiar faces made my heart happy. There’s something comforting about returning to the rhythms and places that feel like part of your soul.
One of my favorite moments was watching the silhouettes of people walking quietly along the shoreline while the lifeguard truck rolled past in the distance. Life moving gently. No rush. Just morning light, soft waves, and gratitude.
Today reminded me that some of the greatest luxuries really are the simplest ones: time, health, calm mornings, movement, home, and love.
Capturing beauty, sharing light.
