Morning Reflections

Give This World Good Energy…

Not every beautiful morning begins with sunshine.

Today the sky was covered in soft gray clouds, the waves rolled onto the shore, and the beach felt peaceful in a quiet kind of way. Beauty doesn’t always arrive in bright colors. Sometimes it whispers.

Then, just like always, here came the birds.

From every direction they flew toward me, filling the sky with wings. No matter how many times it happens, it still feels like the most beautiful welcome. It reminds me that joy doesn’t depend on the weather. It comes from the moments that make your heart smile.

Pearl’s bright white feathers stood out against the gray sand, a little reminder that light is always there, even on cloudy days. The pigeons gathered for breakfast, sharing the morning together while the waves kept their steady rhythm in the background.

As I held up today’s quote, I couldn’t help but think how perfectly it matched the morning:

“Give this world good energy.”

The birds do exactly that. They ask for nothing more than kindness, trust, and a handful of peanuts, yet they give me so much in return.

Gray skies. Grateful heart. Another beautiful morning at the beach.

Capturing beauty, sharing light.
