Evening Reflections
When the Land Waits with You…
Tonight felt like the world slowed down just enough for me to notice everything noticing me.
A quiet dirt road stretched out like an invitation. Trees stood like gentle guardians, framing the last light of day. And then… the horse. Still. Present. Watching me in a way that didn’t feel random. It felt intentional, like he was waiting to see me… steady myself, settle in, arrive fully.
Above, a hawk perched in the tree, calm and aware, as if holding the sky in place. In the distance, cows paused in the tall grass, their silhouettes soft against the fading light, all of them turned in my direction.
It felt like the entire scene was breathing together. No rush. No noise. Just presence.
And in that stillness, the message landed gently:
Stay on your P’s: prayer, priorities, peace, positivity, patience.
Not as pressure. Not as a checklist.
But as a rhythm… a way to move through life with intention and grace.
Sometimes we think we’re the ones observing the moment. But tonight, it felt like the moment was holding me.
Grateful for the stillness.
Grateful for the quiet reminders.
Grateful for being exactly where I was meant to be.
Capturing beauty, sharing light.
