Morning Reflections

When Spring Softens the Shore…

This morning felt like a quiet shift… like the season gently turning a page.

The sand berms are coming down, making way for something new. Spring is here, and you can feel it in the air, in the light, in the rhythm of the waves. Change doesn’t always arrive loudly… sometimes it just softens things.

The pigeons were extra happy today. You could feel their excitement before they even landed. Honey Girl was especially ready, full of energy and joy, eager for her peanuts like it was the best moment of her day… and honestly, it was one of mine too.

Out in the distance, ships moved slowly across the horizon, steady and calm, like a reminder that everything is always in motion, even when it feels still.

And then i held up my message, a reminder wrapped in a smile:

“You are beautifool, wonderfool and colorfool amongst all fools. Happy April Fool’s Day!”

Sometimes the world feels serious… but maybe we’re meant to stay a little playful, a little light, a little free.

Spring doesn’t ask permission to arrive… it just shows up. And so did I.

Capturing beauty, sharing light.
