Evening Reflections

The Last Sunset of May...

Tonight felt like a quiet celebration of endings and beginnings.

The last sunset of May painted the sky in soft gold while the palms stood tall along the water, their reflections stretching across Oxford Basin. The flowering path seemed to lead straight into June, lined with blossoms and possibility.

As I walked, everything felt peaceful. The water was calm, the evening air was gentle, and the sky slowly traded daylight for twilight. Then came the perfect reminder, written on a small piece of paper but carrying a much bigger message:

“Darling, you do not have to wait for the sun to shine. The light, it comes from you.”

What a beautiful thought to carry into a new month.

May brought lessons, gratitude, growth, and countless beautiful moments with birds, horses, sunsets, and nature. As the final sunset slipped below the horizon, it felt like June was already whispering its promise:

Good things are coming.

And I’m ready for them.

Capturing beauty, sharing light.

Gratitude Reflection:

Tonight I’m grateful for fresh beginnings, peaceful waters, glowing skies, and the reminder that our light does not depend on circumstances. We carry it with us wherever we go. 💛
