Evening Reflections
Sunset, a Duck on a Mission, and a Peanut Thief…
Down the winding path where the oleanders glow,
The water held the colors of the evening show.
A little duck floated by, on a mission all its own,
While sunset painted gold across the reeds and stone.
“Be patient with yourself. You’re becoming someone you’ve never been before.”
The palms stood tall against a sky of peach and blue,
And a curious little squirrel popped up for a peanut or two. Oxford Basin whispered as the daylight drifted through, Good things are growing quietly inside of you. ✨
Grateful for painted skies, blooming flowers, a duck on a mission, and a squirrel who found the peanut jackpot.
Capturing beauty, sharing light.
