Morning Reflections

Storms Don’t Stop Rituals…

Stormy day today. Walking on the pier this morning, I got drenched. My raincoat feels more water resistant than waterproof—two very different things. I was the only one out there. It always amazes me how millions of people live here, and yet it’s just me and the birds. They still came out. I think because they knew I was coming. I won’t let them miss breakfast if I can help it. That’s the beautiful thing about commitment—you show up no matter what. It may be stormy now, but remember: you’re always headed for sunshine.

Evening Gratitude Thought:

Grateful for stormy mornings, loyal wings, and the reminder that rituals carry us toward sunshine.
