Morning Reflections
Keep Shining, Beautiful One…
Some mornings seem to arrive with a little extra magic.
As I walked toward the pier today, the sun rose through the clouds, filling the sky with warm golden light while the moon quietly lingered above, as if it wasn’t quite ready to say goodbye. The waves crashed against the pier with so much power, reminding me that strength and beauty often arrive together.
Adonis was in his usual spot, standing tall and watching over the morning. Moo greeted me with that familiar smile that always brightens my day. A plane drifted overhead, carrying someone toward a new adventure, while Honey Girl couldn’t contain her excitement when she realized I had her favorite treat. Her joy is contagious, and every visit reminds me how much happiness can be found in the simplest moments.
Standing there between the moon and the sunrise, surrounded by the sound of the ocean, I read today’s little message:
“Keep shining, beautiful one.”
Sometimes that’s exactly what we need to hear. Not because life is perfect, but because our light matters, especially on ordinary mornings.
Today, I’m grateful for the waves, the birds, old friends, new sunrises, and another chance to begin again.
