Evening Reflections
Grateful for the Light…
Tonight the marina was wrapped in soft colors, with golden clouds drifting across the sky and sailboats gently rocking in the water. It felt like the whole harbor was taking a deep breath before the sun slipped away.
The yellow hibiscus stretched toward the last rays of light, reminding me that there is always something worth reaching for. Then, as if the evening wanted to add one more smile, a little dancing grebe appeared, spinning and bobbing across the water with its joyful little routine. Nature always seems to know exactly what my heart needs.
My little reminder for today said:
“Happy Sunday! The world is a little more beautiful because you’re in it.”
I hope you believe those words. Every act of kindness, every smile, every moment you choose gratitude adds a little more beauty to this world.
I’m ending another day with a full heart. Grateful for the sunset, grateful for the dancing grebe, grateful for the hibiscus reaching for the light, and grateful that we get another chance to do it all again tomorrow.
Capturing beauty, sharing light.
