Evening Reflections
From Venice Sunset to Snow Moon Rise…
Tonight felt like a gentle procession of light. It began with the glowing VENICE sign stretching across the sky, reminding me that this place always knows how to welcome the night. The streets were alive with warmth and motion, murals glowing softly as the sun slipped away and palm trees stood like quiet witnesses to another beautiful ending.
Down by the beach, the sky turned pastel and the silhouettes of people moved slowly, as if everyone was trying not to disturb the moment. The lifeguard tower rested in calm stillness, a sailboat gliding across the horizon while the last light of day kissed the ocean goodbye.
As darkness settled, Venice transformed again. Music drifted through the air, laughter floated between palm trunks, and the night lights came on like tiny stars scattered across the boardwalk. Then I turned east… and there it was.
The Snow Moon rising not from the ocean, but from the land. Soft, golden, and steady. A quiet reminder that beauty doesn’t always appear where we expect it. Sometimes it rises behind us, asking us simply to turn and notice.
I held my message up to the sky and felt the truth of it settle in my heart: “Hello February! Fill our hearts with hope, love, positivity, peace, togetherness and gratitude.”
From sunset glow to moonrise calm, tonight felt like a blessing unfolding in chapters. Venice Beach gave me art, movement, and light… and the Snow Moon gave me reflection.
Another night I’ll carry with me. Another reminder that showing up is always worth it.
Capturing beauty, sharing light.

Evening Gratitude Thought:
Grateful for Venice sunsets, glowing signs, painted walls, and the Snow Moon rising quietly in the east. Tonight reminded me that beauty appears when we slow down and look both ways.
