Evening Reflections
Every Cloud Has Its Own Beauty…
What an incredibly beautiful evening in Marina del Rey.
The sky was absolutely spectacular tonight. Everywhere I turned, there was something different to admire. Towering dark clouds, soft layers of gray, and little openings of golden light shining through. Each cloud had its own unique shape and beauty.
It reminded me so much of people. We’re all different, and that’s what makes this world such a beautiful place. Imagine how boring life would be if everything and everyone looked exactly the same!
As I wandered along the beach, my sweet Pegleg found me! He always recognizes me from a distance, and tonight was no exception. Even though I wasn’t on the pier, he somehow spotted me down on the sand. What a beautiful feeling to be remembered by one of my feathered friends.
A little sanderling was racing along the shoreline, looking so determined on those tiny legs. I swear, every time he notices my camera, he speeds up! He always makes me laugh.
The waves were crashing, the clouds were constantly changing, and the wet sand reflected the beautiful sky above.
Just as I was leaving, two adorable dogs came running down the beach, absolutely bursting with happiness. Such a joyful way to end the evening!
Tonight’s message was especially meaningful:
“One day you realize… the real flex is peace of mind. Good health. Simple joys. A life that feels like home.”
And that’s exactly what these evenings mean to me. It’s not about having more. It’s about appreciating what is already here.
Another beautiful day, another beautiful gift.
