Evening Reflections
Conversations at the Marina…
Tonight, for sunset, I walked around the marina. The air was soft, the light was fading, and the sea lions had a lot to say. Their voices echoed across the water—gruff, playful, full of personality. I found myself wishing someone would make an app to translate their chatter. I imagine it would be hilarious. Maybe they’re gossiping about the boats or debating who gets the best sunspot. There’s something comforting about their presence—wild and familiar all at once. And then, the sunset. I’m so happy we have sunsets every day. They’re never the same, but they always arrive. A daily reminder that beauty returns, no matter what. Grateful for the sea lions, the laughter they inspire, and the quiet joy of watching the sky change.
Evening Gratitude Thought:
Grateful for sea lions with something to say, for marina strolls, and for the simple joy of knowing the sunset will always come.
