Evening Reflections

A Beautiful Evening of Moonlight, Sailboats, and New Directions…

Tonight felt like the sky and water were putting on a show together.

Beautiful pink clouds stretched across the evening sky, their colors reflecting softly on the water. Above the marina, the full moon appeared, glowing through the clouds and casting its own beautiful reflection below.

And then came the sailboats. One after another, they raced by, filling the water with sails. Just when I thought I had seen the last one, another appeared. I could have watched them all night.

Then I looked up and saw geese flying south in a V formation, crossing the evening sky. There was something so beautiful about watching them know exactly where they were going while holding onto tonight’s reminder:

“Losing your way is sometimes part of finding it.”

Maybe we don’t always need to know exactly where we’re headed. Sometimes the unexpected turns are the very things that lead us somewhere beautiful.

Pink clouds. Racing sailboats. Geese overhead. A glowing full moon and moonlight dancing across the water.

So much beauty packed into one evening.

Grateful for another beautiful day and another reminder to keep looking up.

Capturing beauty, sharing light.
