Evening Reflections
Worth It for the Moment…
Tonight’s sunset in Manhattan Beach was breathtaking. I was running on the sand, chasing the light as the sun hovered just above the horizon. I felt so excited—so alive—that I must’ve dropped my keys somewhere along the way. I didn’t realize it until I got back to my car. But honestly, it was worth it. That feeling—when you’re seeing something beautiful and nothing else matters—is rare and precious. Pelicans flew overhead in a perfect V formation, mesmerizing as always. The waves crashed big and bold under the pier, and as I walked back, I looked up to see seagulls flying in front of the moon. It felt like October. Like Halloween. Like magic. Grateful for the beauty, the thrill, and the reminder that sometimes, the moment is everything.
Evening Gratitude Thought:
Grateful for pelicans in formation, crashing waves, moonlit seagulls, and the kind of sunset that makes you forget your keys—and remember your joy.
