Evening Reflections
Where the Sky Meets the Sea…
Tonight, in Manhattan Beach, the sunset unfolded like a painting too vivid to be real. The sky was ablaze—fluorescent orange melting into pinks and purples, clouds textured like brushstrokes. The ocean mirrored it all, turning into a canvas of light and motion. Dark rocks framed the view, grounding the brilliance with quiet contrast. A ship drifted on the horizon, steady and small against the vastness. And in the water, a surfer—floated in the glow, part of the scene, part of the story. It was picturesque and beautiful. There’s something about sunsets that makes you pause. That reminds you how fleeting and eternal beauty can be. I’m grateful for this moment. For the color, the calm, and the way the world softens when the sun says goodbye.
Evening Gratitude Thought:
Grateful for the sunset’s glow, for the stillness of the sea, and for the way light turns ordinary moments into something unforgettable.
