Evening Reflections
Where Beauty Finds You...
Tonight was breathtaking. The sunset melted into the horizon, and behind me, the blood moon rose—bold and mysterious. An osprey soared overhead, wings wide against the fading light, while sailboats drifted by like slow-moving dreams. There’s so much beauty all around us. But if we’re too busy looking at the wrong things—distractions, worries, noise—we miss it. We miss the osprey, the moon, the way the ocean catches the last light. The truth is, the more you look for beautiful things, the more you find them. That’s the quiet miracle of life. It responds to your attention. Tonight reminded me to focus on the good things. To let beauty find me because I’m open to seeing it. And it did.
Evening Gratitude Thought:
Grateful for the blood moon rising, the osprey flying, and the sailboats drifting. Grateful for the reminder that beauty is always near—if we choose to notice.
