Evening Reflections
Venice Canals Sunset in Overcast Skies & Holiday Light Reflections…
Tonight, the Venice Canals were hushed and glowing. The sky held a quiet gray, heavy with the promise of rain, yet the holiday lights arched above like halos of hope. Their reflections shimmered across the water—soft, golden, and unwavering.
Through the clouds, the moon still showed up. Not bold. Not loud. Just present. A gentle reminder that light doesn’t wait for perfect weather. It reflects anyway.
As the year comes to a close, I’m reminded that miracles don’t always roar—sometimes they ripple. Sometimes they glow on still water beneath a patient moon.
Capturing beauty, sharing light.
Grateful for another year. Grateful for reflection. Grateful for the calm.

Evening Gratitude Thought:
Clouds may carry the rain, but the water carries the light. Grateful for the moon that shows up anyway, and for reflections that remind me the year was full of quiet miracles.
