Evening Reflections

Trust the Timing…

Tonight, in the marina, the sky reminded me why I never leave early. It started soft — pale blues with gentle streaks of pink brushing the clouds. The boats sat quietly in their slips, masts reaching upward like they were waiting for something too.

And then… it happened.

The colors deepened. The clouds caught fire. Orange reflections stretched across the still water like liquid gold. Every few minutes it shifted again — brighter, bolder, more alive. It just kept getting better and better.

I held up my little message against the glowing sky: “Trust the timing of your life.” And in that exact moment, it felt like the sunset answered back.

Because that’s exactly what it was doing. Trusting its own timing. Not rushing to peak. Not fading too soon. Layer by layer. Color by color.

Some of the most beautiful moments don’t explode all at once. They build. They unfold. They surprise you after you think you’ve already seen the best part.

The marina was glowing. The palms stood tall in silhouette. The water mirrored every shade of fire above.

And I stood there; grateful I didn’t walk away too soon.

Grateful for the reminder.

Grateful for the timing.

Grateful that sometimes life keeps getting better and better — if we stay long enough to see it.

Capturing beauty, sharing light.

Evening Gratitude Thought:

Tonight’s sunset reminded me: The best moments don’t rush. They unfold in layers. Just when I thought it couldn’t get more beautiful… it did. Trust the timing of your life.
