Evening Reflections
The Tree That Knows Me
Tonight’s sunset found me beneath my favorite tree, overlooking the Bluffs.
It’s the perfect spot—steady, familiar, always waiting. The clouds drifted in soft layers, catching the last light like they were holding onto something sacred. There’s something about sunset that invites reflection. It doesn’t ask for answers, just honesty. As the sky changed, I found myself thinking back on the day—not just the beautiful parts, but the moments I could’ve handled with more grace. Sunset makes space for that. It softens the edges and opens the heart. I love ending my day here. It’s where I remember that tomorrow is a chance to do better. And that every day, no matter how it unfolds, is part of this beautiful gift called life.
Evening Gratitude Thought
Grateful for my favorite tree and the view it holds. For clouds that carry light like memory. For sunsets that invite reflection, not judgment. Grateful for the chance to look back with love and forward with hope.
