Evening Reflections
The Last Sunset of June…
There was something especially peaceful about tonight.
As June took its final bow, Oxford Basin glowed with soft golden light. The silhouettes of the palm trees stood quietly against the fading sky, while the water reflected the last colors of the month as if it wanted to hold onto them just a little longer.
Then a tiny surprise appeared.
A little hummingbird found me and rested nearby, perfectly still for a moment. It felt like a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, and always look up. Sometimes the smallest visitors leave the biggest impressions.
Today’s quote felt like it belonged exactly where I was:
“Let the last sunset of the month paint your goals and dreams with hopeful hues.”
As June comes to a close, I’m grateful for every sunrise, every sunset, every bird that crossed my path, and every quiet moment that reminded me how much beauty surrounds us when we pause long enough to notice it.
Here’s to carrying hope, gratitude, and wonder into a brand new month.
Grateful. 💛
Capturing beauty, sharing light.
