Evening Reflections
Skeleton Crew at Sunset…
Tonight, I walked down the Venice canals. It’s always fun to see how everyone decorates for Halloween—so creative and full of personality. Skeletons in kayaks drifted near the edge, like ghostly rowers on a quiet mission. The ducks had a little meet-up, chatting and waddling like old friends. The plumeria were glowing in the evening light—soft petals, sweet scent, a gentle contrast to the spooky fun. It was such a great day to walk around and be grateful for all the beautiful things we have. I am grateful for this ritual. For the laughter, the noticing, the quiet joy of wandering.
