Morning Reflections
Resilient Joy…
This morning was so beautiful and clear, with the sun shimmering off the ocean. Clubby was the first to come to me. I love how excited she gets when I call her name. She’s so resilient with her one foot—she got it caught in fishing line, yet still full of joy. It’s like she doesn’t even realize that she is different. She’s so beautiful. That’s why I always pick up fishing line and string when I’m down there. I just love how happy they are when they see me. I am grateful for them every day. I always leave the pier feeling so full of love.
