Evening Reflections
Quiet Minds Are Full of Answers…
Tonight felt like one of those evenings that asks you to slow down.
The Texas sky turned the most incredible shades of orange as the sun disappeared across the wide-open land. A quiet country road stretched toward the horizon, a little bird rested on a wire, and even a beautiful butterfly appeared along the way.
Maybe that’s why this quote felt so perfect tonight:
“Quiet minds are full of answers. Take the time to go within.”
There is so much noise in life telling us where we should be going, what we should be doing, and how quickly we should get there. But sometimes the answers we’re searching for don’t come from doing more. They come when everything gets quiet enough for us to hear what has been there all along.
I’ve been seeing butterflies lately, and each time I see one, I’m reminded of hope, change, and the beautiful possibility of what comes next.
Tonight, beneath this enormous Texas sky, I’m grateful for the quiet. Grateful for another sunset. Grateful for the little signs along the way. And grateful that no matter where life takes us, tomorrow gives us another chance to grow, change, and begin again.
Sometimes the most important journey isn’t down the road ahead. It’s the one that takes us within.
