Evening Reflections
Listen with Your Heart…
Tonight felt especially peaceful. There’s something about a Texas sunset stretching across those wide-open spaces that makes the whole world seem a little quieter.
I drove along the country roads as the sun slowly slipped toward the horizon, turning the sky from soft blues and golds into the most incredible shades of orange and red. The long fences, dusty roads, and telephone poles disappearing into the distance made everything feel beautifully simple.
And maybe that’s why tonight’s message felt so perfect:
“In your quiet moments, the universe speaks to you. Listen with your heart.”
Life can get so noisy that we sometimes forget how much we can hear when everything becomes still. Out here, there’s room to think. Room to notice. Room to be grateful. And sometimes, room to hear the little whispers pointing us toward what comes next.
As my time here in Texas gets closer to ending, I think I’ll carry some of this quiet home with me.
Another sunset. Another country road. Another reminder that beauty doesn’t have to shout to get our attention.
