Morning Reflections
Quiet Answers on the Wind…
There’s something different about a wide open Texas morning. The kind where the land stretches so far it feels like your thoughts finally have room to breathe.
Today, the wind was moving through everything — the fields, the fences, even the silence. And right in the middle of it all stood a lone tree, steady and grounded, like it had learned something the rest of us are still trying to figure out.
The llama watched quietly from behind the fence, calm and curious, like it understood the assignment of the morning. The donkeys stood together, sharing breakfast without a care in the world, fully present in the moment.
And then… the hawk. Gliding effortlessly overhead, not fighting the wind but moving with it. No rush. No noise. Just trust.
I held up my little reminder to myself:
“Quiet minds are full of answers.”
Out here, it felt true in a way you don’t have to question. No distractions. No noise. Just space… and somehow, clarity finds you there.
Grateful for the stillness.
Grateful for the wind.
Grateful for the reminders that we don’t always have to search so hard — sometimes we just have to be still enough to receive.
Capturing beauty, sharing light.
