Evening Reflections

Presence…

Tonight’s walk in gratitude was a beautiful reminder to simply be here.

The marina was incredibly peaceful. The sailboats rested quietly as their reflections stretched across the still water, and the last golden light of the day settled along the horizon. Then the beautiful yellow hibiscus caught my attention, glowing against the soft evening sky.

My message tonight felt especially fitting:

“Hurry kills presence.

Worry kills peace.

Ego kills love.

Now read that right to left.”

And that’s where the magic is.

Presence kills hurry.

Peace kills worry.

Love kills ego.

Sometimes we spend so much time racing toward what comes next that we miss what is already right in front of us. Tonight, there was nowhere else I needed to be. Just the flowers, the boats, the reflections on the water and another beautiful sunset reminding me to stay present.

Another day I was blessed to experience from beginning to end.

Grateful. Always.

Capturing beauty, sharing light.
