Evening Reflections
Notice the Little Things…
Tonight’s sunset in the marina felt so peaceful. The last golden light slipped between the sailboats, reflecting across the water while the moon was already shining above.
Along the marina, the hibiscus seemed to be reaching toward the light, glowing softly against the evening sky. And tucked among all those sailboat masts was a Great Blue Heron, perfectly still, looking as though he had stopped to enjoy the view too.
“Life feels better when you notice the little things.”
It really does.
The moon in a blue sky. Flowers reaching toward the fading sun. A heron quietly watching the marina. Reflections dancing across the water. None of them are big things, but somehow they can become the most beautiful parts of the day when we slow down long enough to see them.
Life is beautiful. There is so much beauty hiding in the little things.
Tonight, I noticed. And I’m grateful.
Capturing beauty, sharing light.
