Morning Reflections
Magic in the Little Things…
This morning felt like pure excitement. The sky was a clear, endless blue, the kind that looks freshly painted just for the day. As soon as I arrived, the birds came in from every direction, as if the morning itself had sent out an invitation. Their wings cut through the light, and suddenly the air was full of motion and joy.
They make me feel so good. There’s something about their enthusiasm that goes straight to the heart. You can’t help but smile when you see them. Their happiness is contagious, like laughter you didn’t know you needed.
A fishing boat moved across the water, and right on cue, the birds chased after it. I always love that moment. Even from far away, I can see how happy they are. It reminds me that joy doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just about following what lights you up and trusting the wind.
I stood there holding my little message in my hand: “The sun is shining and there is magic to be found in the little things.” And it felt true in every possible way.
The magic was in the wings overhead. In the sparkle on the water. In the way my heart lifted just watching them be so completely themselves.
I don’t know how I got so lucky to witness this kind of beauty so often, but I do know this… It’s the little things in life that turn an ordinary morning into something unforgettable.
Today, magic looked like birds chasing a boat under a blue sky. And that was more than enough.
