Evening Reflections

Ducks in a Row…

Tonight felt like the Venice Canals wrapped themselves in a deep breath. The water was still, the reflections were glowing, and three ducks skimmed across the canal so perfectly in line it made me smile instantly. I always love when life gives little reminders that things can come together gently, without force.

The roses along the walkway seemed to be reaching for the very last bit of sunlight before the day disappeared. Above it all, the crescent moon quietly watched over the evening like a tiny lantern in the sky.

One of my favorite moments was holding up my little message against the sunset:

“Good news. You are not behind. You’re becoming.”

Sometimes we need that reminder more than we realize. Nature says it so well without speaking. Flowers bloom in their own timing. The moon arrives exactly when it’s meant to. Even the ducks seemed to know where they were going tonight.

Grateful for soft reflections, blooming roses, crescent moons, and peaceful canal walks that remind me life is unfolding exactly as it should.

Capturing beauty, sharing light.
