Evening Reflections
Backflips and Painted Skies
Venice Beach glowed in full summer charm tonight. The sky was clean and wide, nothing but light stretching overhead. A kid on a razor scooter flew through the air in backflips that defied gravity and hinted at hours—maybe years—of practice. I watched in awe, wondering about the dedication behind the motion. Graffiti walls framed the scene with their own electric stories, bold and alive, reminding me of everything that makes Venice—Venice. It was loud in the best way. Honest, spirited, perfectly imperfect.
Evening Gratitude Thought
Gratitude for backflip joy, for walls that speak in color, and for sunsets that stitch summer weekends closed with beauty.
