Evening Reflections
Always Look Up…
Tonight’s sunset in Venice felt like a little reminder that beauty can show up anywhere, especially when we remember to look for it.
The clouds were glowing softly above the palm trees, while the colorful graffiti walls brought their own kind of art to the evening. Everywhere I turned, there was something different to notice.
And then, another reminder to always look up. You just might see a leopard climbing a palm tree. I love those unexpected little discoveries that make an ordinary walk feel anything but ordinary.
Tonight’s message felt especially meaningful:
“At the end of the day, we are all human wanting to feel safe and loved.”
So simple. So true. Beneath everything else, we all want to feel that we belong, that we matter, and that we are loved. ❤️
As I walked back to my car, I turned around one more time and saw the VENICE sign glowing in its original color against the evening sky. It felt like the perfect ending to another beautiful walk.
Look around. Look up. Notice the little things. There is always something waiting to surprise you.
