Evening Reflections
Sunset and Petals…
Tonight, I walked around the marina by the sailboats. The yellow hibiscus were reaching for the lights—petals glowing like little lanterns. I always love sunsets and flowers together. There’s something about that pairing that feels like a soft celebration. A sea lion was taking a nap nearby, curled up in the quiet, undisturbed. The sailboats swayed gently, and the sky turned into a watercolor of peace. I’m so grateful for this ritual. For the chance to walk, to notice, to breathe. I’m so grateful for my life. For the softness, the beauty, and the way the world keeps offering little gifts.
Evening Gratitude Thought:
Grateful for yellow hibiscus reaching for the light, sailboats at sunset, and a sea lion’s nap.
