Evening Reflections
Sailing Into the Sunset…
Tonight’s sunset was beautiful—one of those moments that makes you stop and breathe it all in. The sailboats drifted across the horizon, and there was nothing quite like watching one sail right in front of the sun. It felt like a painting come to life. Pelicans glided by in perfect unison, wings wide, silhouettes graceful against the fading light. And above it all, the hunter moon was shining bright—bold, luminous, watching over the ocean like a guardian. Just as I was soaking it all in, Pegleg came down to greet me. His presence always feels like a gift, a reminder that connection lives in the smallest gestures. Life is beautiful. Evenings like this remind me that beauty is always nearby—if we’re willing to look up, slow down, and receive it.
Evening Gratitude Thought:
Grateful for sailboats in the sun, pelicans in formation, the hunter moon glowing bright, and Pegleg’s gentle greeting. Grateful for the beauty that finds me when I pause to see it.
