Morning Joy in Motion
I love watching the dogs run on the beach, chasing each other full of joy. They always look so happy—completely alive in the moment. The surfers and stand-up paddlers were waiting patiently for waves. The water was calm today, peaceful. The pigeons were just as excited as always. Honey Girl perched on my shoulder like she always does—so clever and opportunistic. She knows exactly where to go. At one point, the pigeons stacked on top of each other—it was such a sight to see. Their energy is contagious. I really do love my mornings. There’s nothing like them.
