Evening Reflections

Magic Still Alive…

Tonight felt like standing inside a moving painting. Storm clouds stretched across the Texas sky while the sunset glowed underneath them like fire behind velvet. My dad was driving as I filmed the changing skies, and when we stopped, the wind rushed through the trees so loudly it almost sounded like the earth was breathing.

Then a hawk appeared overhead and stayed with us for nearly a full minute, soaring through the storm light without a hurry in the world. One of those moments you can’t plan. One of those moments that reminds you how much beauty still exists when you slow down enough to notice it.

Tonight, I’m grateful for open roads, dramatic skies, the sound of wind through the trees, and the quiet reminder that magic is still alive all around us.

Capturing beauty, sharing light.
